Eligibility & Restrictions
All units will have income caps based on the area median income (AMI) to ensure long-term affordability for Chaffee County residents. Half the units will be restricted to 80% AMI and no unit shall exceed 120% AMI. The units will be managed in partnership with the Chaffee Housing Authority.
